Refund and Returns Policy
All Sales Final
Overview
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any product, program, service, or book sold through EnrichHERBreath.com or through any other channel operated by this company.
This policy is written plainly on purpose. Please read it before you purchase. Placing an order confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Digital Products and Ebooks
Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once they leave our hands.
- No refunds are issued once an ebook, audio file, workbook, template, or any other digital file has been downloaded or accessed.
- No refunds are issued on recorded courses, replays, or membership content once login credentials have been delivered.
- Duplicate charges and confirmed technical delivery failures are the only exceptions. Contact us and we will correct the error or resend your file.
Books and Physical Products
Printed books, breath and body products, and any other physical item are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind, shipping delays, or dissatisfaction with results.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace the item at no cost to you. Replacement is the sole remedy offered.
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense.
Coaching, Programs, and Services
Coaching containers, assessments, retreats, speaking engagements, and consulting agreements are final sale from the moment of payment. Your investment reserves time, preparation, and capacity that cannot be resold.
- No refunds are issued for sessions you do not attend, do not schedule, or do not complete within the term of your container.
- Missed appointments without at least twenty four hours notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled.
- Payment plans and installment agreements remain due in full regardless of participation. Nonpayment suspends access.
- Retreat and event registrations are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless we cancel the event, in which case you may choose a credit toward a future date.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Our products and programs are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, or a substitute for treatment by a licensed provider. Results vary and depend on your own participation. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about your order, contact us first. We answer.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us is a breach of these terms. We will respond to the payment processor with this policy and your purchase record, and we reserve the right to revoke access to all digital materials and to decline future service.
